For refund please contact email@example.com to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.
Discounted or customized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shwasam.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
